The first step in realizing the vision of creating exciting, fresh and high-quality cuisine for Market Table Bistro was for Chef/Owner Jason Lage and Rebecca Dudley to visit the farms and vineyards in and around Lovettsville and Loudoun County. Their goal is to find growers, farmers, vintners and culinary artisans that will be the supply line of seasonal ingredients from which the Market Table Bistro menu is crafted.
